Eileen Floral Shipping Terms of Service
By placing an order with Eileen Floral, you agree to the following shipping and delivery terms.

Fresh Product Disclaimer
All floral arrangements sold by Eileen Floral contain fresh flowers, which are perishable products. Because flowers are natural items, variations in color, size, and bloom stage may occur. These variations are normal and do not qualify for refunds or replacements. -
Flower Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability and market supply, certain flowers may occasionally be substituted with flowers of equal or greater value. Our design team will always maintain the overall look, color palette, and style of the arrangement. -
Shipping of Perishable Products
Flowers are shipped as fresh as possible and packaged carefully to protect them during transit. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Eileen Floral is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or shipping disruptions.
Shipping carriers may include but are not limited to UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Delivery Timing
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Eileen Floral. While we do our best to ensure timely shipping, we cannot guarantee arrival dates once the package is in the carrier's possession.
Customers should plan accordingly when ordering flowers for specific events.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Eileen Floral is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an address correction is required after the order has shipped, additional carrier fees may apply.

Condition Upon Arrival
If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, you must contact Eileen Floral within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the arrangement and packaging
• Description of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

Weather Conditions
Extreme temperatures (heat or cold) may affect fresh flowers during shipping. Eileen Floral is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions once the order has shipped. -
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. -
Order Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. During peak seasons (such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day), processing times may be longer. -
Liability
Eileen Floral is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers once packages have left our facility. -
